This beautifully manicured home is spacious and perfect for a family or friends vacation! Loaded with character-- it includes beautiful new oak hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, a newer roof, hot water tank, central air and bathroom vanities are just a few of the recent improvements!
This home features an open floor plan, a grand living room with gas fireplace, a dining room perfect for the holidays or the large summer parties, an enormous eat-in kitchen with a separate dining area with a two-story vaulted ceiling, a large
walk-in pantry, full-bath, laundry and three large coat closets.
The second floor boasts an oversized primary suite with a bonus flex space that
makes a great children’s bedroom, two additional generous sized
bedrooms and a large full-bath. Plus, linens and towels are included!
The private backyard has two patios, a firepit, shed and access to the two-car attached garage. This is an awesome property for entertaining with an ideal location less than

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
