We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Trémouille, this charming house of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m² with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a closed courtyard. Come and relax in this house and enjoy a rejuvenating stay, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows:On the ground floor : - A 25 m² living room with dining area.- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker, freezer, electric coffee machine...- A back kitchen with washing machine.On the first floor: - A living room with a corner sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and video library. - Bedroom 1: a single bed (90×190), a bunk bed with two single beds, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a double bed (140×190), a cot, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.- A shower room with shower and washbasin.- Separate WC.Outside :- An enclosed east/west facing courtyard of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.The house is ideally located in Trémouille, in a very pleasant, quiet environment in the countryside, to enjoy a moment of relaxation and recharge your batteries. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the surrounding towns, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...Activities :The commune of Trémouille is famous for its 300 hectare lake system.- Tourist sites: Bort-les-Orgues dam and Val castle (28 km), Allanche, its summer festival and its velorail (30 km), Cité de Salers (55 km) and Puy-Mary Grand site (60 km), Vulcania amusement and leisure park (90 km)...- Sporting activities: Hiking in Sumène-Artense and in the Cantal from the house, Lastioulles water sports centre and supervised swimming (5 km), fishing centre.
