Positive: Well-equipped kitchen. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet place. Nice hosts.

Negative: Wi-Fi connection is working only in the kitchen. A cheap Wi-Fi extender would be an easy solution to this trouble. Some mosquito net in windows would also be desirable.
