Amplified sound is permitted only through the built-in outdoor speakers or special permission in accordance with Tampa's sound ordinance and VRBO policies. The rooftop and outdoor areas close for large gatherings at 10 PM, though calm stargazing or a late soak in the spa is welcome.
The estate uses exterior security cameras and smart noise/air sensors for safety. There are no recording devices inside the home. Fire extinguishers and emergency ladders are placed throughout for peace of mind.
