Summary: Value was great. Nice size and space for the price. Cleanliness was average. You could tell there had been a superficial cleaning but it needs a good deep clean. The bathrooms had been wiped but don’t seem like they have seen a deep clean in a while - same with kitchen. The kitchen cupboards and appliances had drips and crusty marks on the surface. Showers had what looked like stains but easily could be wiped or scrubbed off, I checked. Towels were clean but had some stains. Mattresses were nice - but they had placed plastic sheets right under the fitted sheet. These were not nice waterproof mattress covers under the sheet. They were straight up plastic, like a dollar store tablecloth. They were uncomfortable and hot. The second bedroom had a duvet cover but no comforter inside. So a plastic fitted sheet, fitted sheet, and basically 2 top sheets and it was cold while we were theses. Pillows were nice and there were okra t of extra. Kitchen has some basic amenities. I believe there were four dishes and four bowls and some cups. Plenty of forks a couple spoons but no knives. We did check all cupboard and dishwasher. There were about 8 paper towels on the tool when we got there and there was no replacement roll. There was a stash of extra TP and trash bags. No dressers or drawers, but both bedrooms had large walk in closets. Bring your own toiletries - very small 2 in one shampoo / conditioner and mini bar of soap were provided.
