Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: An unbelievable location, tranquil and remote, and great, quiet self-catering accomodation. A charming rustic feel - full of character with a lovely pool and unbelievable wine (and wine tasting experience!). The staff were fabulous and exceptionally kind. Argo the Dog was lovely.

Negative: In mid summer the rooms can be hot (you are in tuscany after all) fans are provided as are mosquito covers for the shuttered windows which could be left open. Be aware air conditioning would ruin the character of the building and was absent in our appartment so if travelling in these months, be prepared for a rustic, traditional experience. Take deet. Overall nothing to complain about!
