It is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with fireplace, open kitchen, balcony, and a fantastic porch where you can relax and disconnect.The environment is spectacular and very peaceful. Normally families or mountain lovers come to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The house has an exterior area of approximately 150 m2, which includes a covered porch and a small garden with a fountain.The views from any part of the town are wonderful, especially those from the pool, just 20 meters from the house and shared with other houses, as well as the large barbecue area.HOUSE LAYOUT:Ground floor: has a double room and bathroomFirst floor: living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.CHANGES 2025Following the recommendations of our customers, we have internally improved the accommodation with a new decoration.COMMON AREASThe fully fenced pool, just a few meters from the house.
