Positive: The rooms were very clean, the beds really comfortable and the location is great. Despite being almost right next to a main road, the only real noise is in the morning, but even that is bearable with the doors closed.

Negative: The description said free Wi-Fi. Technically correct, except it probably only works on the ground floor and first floor. We were on the 2nd floor and the WiFi there was only reachable in one corner of the room and even there only with 0-2 (out of the usual 5) bars and constantly disconnected. It was unusable, we had to use our phones' roaming. We asked via the messaging site the host sent us (smoobu) where to find the recycling places. As well as on booking.com. No answer during our entire stay. That is just unacceptable. Luckily, we happened upon the cleaning staff, who was very nice and could answer our questions - but that was just luck. The kitchen is described as "fully equipped", but there are for example no scissors, no brush for cleaning the dishes (only a tiny sponge which is a problem eg if you have a skin condition), one (!!!) small fork, no spices at all besides salt and sugar. And the kitchen table is laughably tiny - while there would be more than enough space for a proper kitchen table. This kitchen has the absolute minimum of equipment and is by no means "fully equipped". All in all, simply not worth the price range of ~100€/night.

Summary: If our critique points were addressed, this could be easily recommended.
