Positive: The house is well equipped and the kitchen had the essentials (pots & pans, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oil & salt). The beds are comfortable but there is actually only one double bed, the second double is a pullout day bed (which was not pulled out). Dining table and sofas were comfy and there are several board games available which was great. It was too cold to use the garden but it did look nice and well maintained.
Negative: Unfortunately we had several problems with our stay which detracted from the overall experience. On arrival we were told a door number to go to but it was actually that number plus 'a' so we spent about 10 mins in the cold trying to get the key box to work for the wrong property. (for example they said number X but it was actually Xa) Additionally bedding and towels are NOT included - I messaged the host when I booked the property to check this as it was not clear on the listing, I received no reply and then when we turned up (from another country) there were no bedsheets or towels. We were eventually provided them but they cost 50€ and smelled of cigarettes. We couldn't have brought these with us on the plane. The house its self is also quite tired, there was temporary grouting done in the bathroom that looked like it had been daubed on by their fingers.
Summary: Nice house but difficult check in / bedding issues.
