Positive: Recently renovated apartment, ideal for 2 couples or family with kids. Conveniently located, not far from vaporetto and major touristic attractions, yet in a nice residential area, quite at night. If not a construction next door starting noisy works at 7am, I would say that everything was perfect

Negative: Drainage in shower didn’t work perfectly, so there were leakages
