Summary: Great amenities and clean. But couldn't sleep 2 out of the 3 nights: 1st night. People in the pool area until 2am. 2nd night. Until 3.30 am. I complained on the second night around 2am, but at the end the answer was "there is nothing we can do" and shrug us off. We ended up walking around the hotel, were we discovered they had a HUGE social area with even a bigger pool and further away from the rooms. The hotel could've plan better or move them to a more appropriate space for all. and intil 3.30 am the second night.
