The space
The master bedroom has a rainfall shower, walk-in closets with a king bed, and a "his and her sink". The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed and a door that leads to a restroom with a shower. As for the 3rd bedroom, it has 2 twin beds with no restroom attached but is right next door with a tub and a "his and hers" sink You can also find a 5xs zoom make-up mirror, hair straightener, and blow dryer under the sink master bedroom sink. The fourth room has arcade games and can be used as a workspace it has a desk.

WASHER & DRYER/ The washer and dryer machines are provided but in order to use our laundry detergent we don't have it available for free we will provide you the opportunity to purchase a laundry pod and dryer sheet at the price of a $2.00 per pod and dryer sheet it is in our system, there will be a tray with 3 pods sitting on the washing machine and if you use any of them our housekeeper will check when you leave and we will bill you accordingly at the end of your reservation.
BEVERAGES/ outside refrigerator beverages are $3 each
PETS/There will be a $110 pet fee for no more than 2 animals
LATE CHECK-OUT/1-day advanced notice $20 same day check out $35 We can not guarantee late check-out if not done so in advance. If we do not authorize a late check-out you cannot stay past your check-out time of 12 noon, if you do so without permission that's considered an unauthorized late check-out for an overstay and the fee for your overstay will be a one-night space rate without discount.
