Those looking for relaxation will find wonderful places to relax and dream on the 16,000 m² property. Those who love culture and old temples also get their money's worth in addition to the many beautiful beaches. Sicily, and precisely this region, offers a rich selection of something special. Only about an hour's drive away is the famous Valley of the Temples (Agrigento) or to the west is the interesting archaeological site of Selinunte with its magnificent temple. The villa itself is very comfortably furnished and offers 6 people (plus 2 small children) plenty of space and opportunities for retreat. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet available to guests. The 60 m² living and dining area is just a gem of the house. It offers a breathtaking distant view over the hilly country to the sea through the panoramic windows. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with cooking island leaves nothing to be desired and is happy to invite its guests to a wonderful Sicilian cooking experience with typical dishes. In the outdoor area there is also a BBQ gas grill available, on which wonderful fish or meat specialties can be prepared. This is best enjoyed on the covered terrace (pergola) on a large table with a sea view. At an advanced hour, the view of the illuminated villages in the starry night offers a wonderful end to the day.
The swimming pool (11.5 mx 4.5 m) is available to guests from spring to autumn. It is up to 1.70 m deep, so that swimming is possible without any problems. Another place to enjoy is the invisible roof terrace (solarium). Here is the right place to sunbathe. In the evening you should have a glass of wine here and gaze at the mountain. They will love it!
If you love the sea with wonderfully clear water, you will find numerous bays and beaches (sand and stone) in about 15 minutes by car. Parasols or loungers can be rented on the beach, but are also freely available in the house.
The best way to shop, stroll or go out is to nearby Sciacca (40,000 PE). The selection of shops, bars, restaurants or cafes is large. A walk through the large fishing port is also recommended. The large weekly markets, here in Ribera and Sciacca, are an absolute must for every Italian holidaymaker. The selection of spices, fresh vegetables, fruits, fish or textiles cannot be found everywhere.
