It is distributed in three plants. It has a master suite with access to the garden, a lot of dressing room, a fireplace and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. All rooms in the house are double and the bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub. Large bright kitchen, service area, large wine cellar with winter barbecue and a renovated new parking for 5 cars. The garden on two floors has a beautiful large pool. Outdoor table for 20 people with summer barbecue. Service area at the back of the house. Departure facing the sea with a jetty just below the Villa.
