Stylish, light filled 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom row house. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is a bbq, deck and a parking space! Laundry is shared with the basement tennant but otherwise the house is all yours. Only 2 blocks from the F train for a short trip into the city and around the corner from a plethora of eating choices on Ft Hamilton Parkway.

The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and a basement rec room with a pull out couch. The pull out couch is a full size bed (sleeps 2). upstairs there are two bedrooms with full size beds, an office/bedroom with another full size bed and one bedroom with a single bed.
