Negative: rooms are in the cellar floor, bad for air circulation. the people staying seemed to be staying there long instead daily tourists, their clothes, stuff everywhere in room, also alcohol (spirit) bootles etc., eventho it was 4persons room, some people snooring, going out and in during night or watching video without headphones very disrespectful.
