The Space:
Interiors of the Villa enjoy plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows and refined use of white throughout the villa. Sophisticated materials and details, such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, marble flooring, famous art and sculptures contribute to its luxurious, yet welcoming atmosphere.
Upon entrance to the villa from the parking area, there is an elegant, open concept foyer which spreads on two levels. Office area with enchanting sea views is only few steps elevated from the foyer and next to it, there is a well equipped fitness room to help you stay active during your holiday. The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60” TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom made table for 12. Exiting from the dining area, spacious terraces with designers furniture, infinity swimming pool and outdoor dining area on the adjacent shaded terrace offer complete relaxation and stunning views to the shimmering Adriatic sea.
The Villa features 5 luxurious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests in bedrooms and 2 additional guests on pull-out sofas. Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side and two, separate guest units on the east.
