The main level houses the kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, breakfast room, large sunroom and master bedroom suite with fireplace. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an office and an additional enclosed sunroom. The spacious master bedroom has king bed. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower and two sinks. Bedroom One upstairs has a king bed and Bedroom Two has a queen bed and a twin bed. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a powder room on the main floor. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a 6 burner stove, large oven and Subzero refrigerator. The back patio has a wonderful view of aged cottonwoods and local farmland. The property boasts a large pond and magnificent views of the Flatirons.
