Whether you are visiting OC for vacation or travel for work for a short couple weeks. Our home is perfect for the families to stay and a comfortable space to come home to relax after a fun and exciting day!

- You can park 2 cars in garage and 2 in the driveway and more in the front of the house.
-Street Sweeping will be on the 2nd and 4th Thursday, please remember this to avoid the city fine.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
MASTEROOM BEDROOM
2 Queen size beds, double size closet, night stand with reading light, AC, and fan, en-suite full bathroom, hair dryer, iron and iron board, bath towels. The room has the sliding door open to the back yard with the sofa set.
BEDROOM 1
1 Queen size bed, chest with 5 drawers, fan , night stand with reading light, has sliding door to the patio, barn door for the room and open floor plan to the kitchen area, bath towels.
BEDROOM 2
1 Queen size bed, closet, AC, fan, night stand with reading light, bath towels.
BEDROOM 3
1 Queen size bed, closet, AC , fan, night stand with reading light, has the window with the back yard view., bath towels.
Sofa bed in living room is good and comfortable for 1 person, there is blanket, pillows and comforter in the hallway closet.
There is extra napkin, toilet paper, towels, blankets and comforters for the other bedrooms in the hallway closet.
BATHROOMS
The house offers two full bathrooms for maximum comfort and convenience , they are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Modern and touching mirror, and new cabinet, countertop, rain fall style shower faucets.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and Dryer machine, complementary washing detergent and conditioner.
If you have the young baby and infant, we would like to extend our hospitality to your family by providing the baby crib or pack and play set.

The entrance door is controlled by keyless, you will be provided the code to get in the house.

We would like to ask you to respect our home and treat it like yours. Please keep it clean and tidy like we always prepare it for you, we appreciate your caring for our home and for your return visits.
Please read the house rules carefully before booking:
No more than numbers of guests registered at booking. Please ask us for the approval if you want to bring more guests.
No smoking inside or outside of the house, no drugs/weed in or outside of the house.
No parties/event such as birthday, wedding, bachelor...
No loud music inside or outside the house.
No Pets even the cutest ones.
The street sweeping will be on 2nd and 4th Thursday from 10:30AM-2:30PM, please be aware of this to avoid the city fine.
Gardeners come every Wednesday for scheduled maintenance. they will be accessing the back gate and will not enter the home.

As suggested by Neighbor Watch Program for our protection, we have installed some cameras around the house, cameras are 24/7 recorded and only reviewed for accident/ theft purposes only.
