Welcome to our Eco Lodge on beautiful Couran Cove Island Resort, Sth Stradbroke Island. Just a 30 minute ferry ride from Mariners Cove or 20 minutes by water taxi from Sanctuary Cove. Perfect family getaway or a few friends sharing, with cooking facilities available and the ability to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy at the property makes the best of both worlds with the ability or eat in or out while you enjoy your holiday.
Our Eco lodge is situated at the start of the Eco Village so easy walk along the paved track to the swimming pools, café, shop and restaurant. Would suggest you bring a beach trolley to help cart all your items around the island.
As the Gold Coast's only Island Resort, our unique location is both easily accessible yet feels oceans away, making us perfect for holidaymakers and residents alike. Get a taste of what it’s like to live nestled in the pristine forest and overlooking the Marina or stay on permanently alongside the many happy locals who call the Island home.

Eco Lodge
Located on Streeton Road overlooking the natural bushland and native wildlife our open plan Lodge feature large covered deck, sofa bed and loft bed, perfect for families wanting more room and larger self catering facilities.
Maximum Occupancy is 4-5 base price is for 4 people – extra charges apply.

Please note we are not in control of the facilities at the resort - your booking is for the apartment and the resort facilities are an added bonus. At times maintenance can be done on items that may see some facilities closed during your stay - this is part of the regular upkeep of the resort and is standard practice. If there is an issue with resort facilities we welcome you to direct your questions / concerns direct to the resort reception.
When reviewing our property we ask you take this into consideration also as you are not rating the resort - you are rating our apartment and our service provided.
Your transport to the island IS NOT included in the price - you need or arrange your own - either Ferry / Water Taxi or your own boat / jetski - see below
Getting Here
Ferry
Our ferry departure terminal is located at Mariner’s Cove, 60-70 Seaworld Drive Main Beach on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The boat journey is a short relaxing ferry cruise along the Broadwater.

• $35 per Esky up to 80 litres only.
• Prams / strollers must be folded before boarding ferry
• Collapsible buggies & trolley’s must be folded before boarding ferry

The Gold Coast has many water taxi operators who regularly bring guests to Couran Cove Island Resort. We can send you details once you book to our preferred service provider that will look after you if you mention you are booking as a guest staying with Dream Casa Properties.

This 1 Bedroom Cabin provides accommodation with TV, Balcony/Terrace, Bedding/Linens, for your convenience. This Cabin features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. This Cabin is less than 13 km from Gold Coast, and gives visitors the opportunity to explore it. The rental Cabin has 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom to make you feel right at home.
