• The house is a 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bath with over 2700 sq, ft. 10 Minutes from Holloman AFB. Next to all the restaurants, shopping, and golf course Alamogordo has to offer. This house comes with many amenities and beautiful mountain views. Full size Bar, 65" TV's and individual TV's in every bedroom, 2 car garage, Fully stocked gourmet kitchen weekly maid service, stainless steel appliances, large Loft and Custom Dart Board Wall, WiFi, TV Package, Laundry supplies, all utilities included, and Plenty of space.
• We offer Individual bedroom rentals with shared common space including the kitchen, main living room, dining room, Loft/Game Room, Laundry Room. Relax, and enjoy a cocktail from the fully stocked Bar while enjoying a movie on a large 65" Screen TV! Fully stocked and supplied with everything you need, this will make your next vacation the best one yet! Enjoy the backyard mountain views, grill, outdoor patio set, and Dart Board game room (also with Big TV) - with Full size bar and many board games. Home has water softener.
• You may also book, upon approval by Aviator Den, the entire home and Your whole party will be comfortable since the home spaciously sleeps 10 guests (2 guests in each bedroom that is supplied with one bed).

• The property is rentable depending on availability on an INDIVIDUAL room basis, giving the guest access to ONE room and all shared common spaces such as the main living areas, dining room, Game room, and bathroom.
• IF the ENTIRE house is rented out then the Entire house is available to the guests staying at Aviator Den and includes all 5 bedrooms.
• Keycode will be given to guest prior to Check-in
• An electronic code will be provided to you 1 day before check-in.
• Aviator Den is available any time during your stay. We may be contacted by phone or email and will have all necessary emergency contacts available to you for your stay.
• Close proximity to Holloman AFB- less than 10 minutes. Located within 3 minutes of Desert Lakes Golf course and all of the shops and restaurants. Gorgeous Mountain Views.
• Closest off base housing to Holloman AFB
• If the booking is for one room, it is a shared home with other guests. The bedrooms are private and the living spaces are shared. 4 bedrooms have a Queen bed and the Master has a King Bed.
• If the Entire house is rented it is two people per room and may accommodate up to 10 guests. Any guests over 8 are $10 a night for each additional guest. Military on TDY are welcome to have their families in their room.
• Pets may be allowed based upon approval by Aviator Den and includes a $200 Non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
Security deposit does NOT apply to Military on TDY stays.
$250 non-refundable per pet fee. Pets are permissible with landlords authorization. If there is a service animal please contact us and provide the documentation to support this.
There will be a $150 party fee imposed if you throw a party and don't clean up.
