Summary: The front desk team is amazingly excellent. Jan and his team were great. They make you feel welcome the moment you step in to the hotel. There is warmth yet maintained their professionalism in welcoming their guests during check in and check out. No fee in checking in early and in leaving your luggage if you need early check out. Breakfast and set up of the dinning room is just perfect. Makes you relax and enjoy more your food. I will stay in this hotel when I have the chance to visit Bratislava again. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and business associates and others.
