Summary: My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this location. Extremely clean, great private family pool for lounging, and convenient location to Universal Studios. I would love to see a larger and more comfortable couch to lounge around in the living room. The current couch is not comfortable. Plenty of seats at dining room table and kitchen island though. Need stronger stair rails going up to the second floor. One set was broken and had been repaired with white tape. No weight could be placed on it as you walked up or down the stairs. Great washer and dryer with plenty of towels. Enjoyed the large number of bathrooms and showers. All of the rooms were great and the kids loved the Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter themed rooms. One thing to note is that there is a fairly busy street outside the backyard. Some days/nights were not as quiet due to traffic and sirens etc. There are shrubs so it is still private. Online correspondence was quick and clear. So thankful for great communication!
