The unit features new bath tub/tiled shower, newer cabinets and black appliances, granite, new wood-look tile flooring throughout and ceiling fans. It also features a couch and comfy recliner, 40 inch LCD TV, dining room set and king bedroom suite.
The unit contains ample linens and the kitchen includes toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Included is 99 channels of Cox cable, HOA dues, water and sewer, electric, unlimited high-speed internet and one assigned car port. I will consider allowing a dog weighing approximately 15 lbs or less.
