Positive: Located in the best region of Venice for having quick access to the main sites. Access was as good as you can expect in the back lanes of the city. Amazing to have a canal and gondolas going past our windows.

Negative: There were a lot of mosquitos in our room. This may be seasonal, but I would like the property to provide some sort of spray to use to discourage the mosquitos.

Summary: Great location and comfortable, spacious apartment.
