NORMAS DE USO DE ÁREAS COMUNES
"LOS PRADOS"
1.- Podrá ingresar al condominio un solo vehículo por casa en el condominio 5 (hortensias) y estacionarlo en el lugar que le corresponda, los cajones de visitas se encuentran afuera del condominio que está dentro del fraccionamiento.
2.- Las mascotas deben mantenerse dentro de la casa sin levantarla sobre la cama, fuera de la casa solo con correa, levantar las heces que genera la mascota y no dejarlas deambular cerca de la piscina.
3.- La basura deberá depositarse en una bolsa en el contenedor de basura correspondiente (al lado de la caseta de vigilancia).
4.- Después de las 22:00 horas, en caso de no moderar el volumen de los aparatos de sonido en el interior de su domicilio a la tercera solicitud, la vigilancia queda en la facultad de solicitar el apoyo de la fuerza pública municipal o de la autoridad competente.
USO DE LA PISCINA
1.- El horario de la piscina es de 9:00 a 22:00 horas, estando cerrada por mantenimiento.
2.- Es obligatorio el uso de traje de baño, NO ropa de algodón dentro de la Piscina.
3.- Los bebés, deberán usar pañales especiales, no podrán utilizar la piscina sin la ropa adecuada.
4.- No mascotas en la piscina o que se encuentren en el perímetro de la piscina.
5.- Está prohibido el uso de la piscina a personas que se encuentren en estado de ebriedad.
6.- Está prohibido introducir cualquier tipo de alimentos y bebidas en la piscina y su periferia (zona blanca).
7.- Cualquier persona que padezca enfermedades contagiosas deberá abstenerse de utilizar la piscina, no es discriminación es por higiene y seguridad.
8.- En las zonas comunes está prohibido realizar juegos que atenten contra la integridad física de los usuarios.
9.-La imagen y presentación del condominio está prohibido utilizar la barandilla del balcón como tendedero.
10.-El uso de la Alberca es bajo responsabilidad personal, los niños y las personas que así lo requieran deberán ser supervisados por adultos, la administración y vigilancia quedan desvinculadas de cualquier responsabilidad derivada de este artículo.
11.- En caso de fumar se ruega utilizar ceniceros.
12.- Deberán dejar las instalaciones limpias después de utilizarlas.
