Summary: Very surprised to read about the lovely staff - the cleaning ladies - yes - but all the men on reception and in the restaurant were very unfriendly and not at all helpful - it was a real disappointment. The whole compound was very dirty which was a real shame as this has the potential to be a very nice place to stay.
