Positive: It was recently renovated, nice interior,and great forest view from the backyard and terrace.

Negative: The check out time was 11:00, however, the owner already showed up at 10:20 with the cleaning lady, saying that she is in a hurry as she has a family lunch at 12:00. They already entered to the house while we were there and started to clean certain areas of the house and we were actually forced to leave before the check out time. We were not even able to verify if we had all our belongings. It was completely unacceptable, no respect to privacy. If you have some other things to do as an owner, do not let your place!! On the right hand side of the property, there were some broken stairs, where children could have easily fallen and had significant accident. When we arrived to the property, the code provided by the owner to obtain the key did not work. It turned out that the owner was just sending a new code while we tried to use the previous code, resulting in frustrations.

Summary: No respect to privacy, forced to leave early before chech out time
