Positive: We liked the quirkyness of the hotel. The room was small but cool and quiet. The location is great for touring the mountains. The young lady who served us breakfast was lovely.
Negative: We waited until 8pm for the restaurant to open but it remained shut, fortunately a customer told us it wasn't opening so we walked into town and fortunately found a restaurant open and a shop to buy water. A simple note on the door would have been helpful. Other than the young lady at breakfast, we saw no staff. Entering the room with the electronic system was difficult, I am hard of hearing and couldn't hear the digits bleeping, and my phone wouldn't open the lock.
Summary: Potentially lovely hotel let down by lack of staff and poor communications.
