Summary: Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen . Nice hotel but manager is a let down .
