Summary: Major issue with booking (which I got a confirmation on 9/12 that I had it). Payment made and cleared. Had to wait 2 days before any information about parking. Host or VRBO cancelled reservation the MORNING we were getting there. Owner then changed it and gave it back but expected me to rerent which I couldn't do because VRBO's system said it wasn't available. Finally, the owner emailed and said it was confirmed. 4 people - 2 towels???? No fresh toilet paper. No notice that we had to bring anything such as shampoo/conditioner. Communication was poor.
