Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was great, super close to RMNP and a few restaurants within 5 minutes. The space was the perfect size for our family of 4 but you could probably add a few more comfortably. Access to the river was definitely an added bonus.
Negative: Although the location was great, it was but a bit hard to find. GPS took us to a location on the other side of the river originally. The address is on a post off the highway, but it is backwards if you are coming in from Estes Park. They should give the landmark of the other rental that is next door. The stove didn't work (didn't try the oven), but the rest of the kitchen was great. It was also pretty hot inside the apartment. They do provide fans which helped a little but upstairs it got pretty stuffy. The pool indicated that it was 3 feet deep but it was definitely closer to 4-4.5 feet (too deep for my daughter) and you have to walk up the hill to the rental property next door.
