This beautiful home, offers a spacious 3,029 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests.
Walk through the courtyard where there is a peaceful rock waterfall and enter the front door. Once through the door, you'll be right in the open floorplan great room holding the living room, dining area, and kitchen —all accentuated by gorgeous wood-beam ceilings and surrounding views of Mingus Mountain.
Living Room: In the living room, you'll enjoy comfortable seating, cozy gas fireplace, and Smart TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with professional grade appliances including a double oven with 6 burner gas range, oak cabinets, spacious counters, and a kitchen island with seating for four.
Dining space: The breakfast nook off the kitchen offers seating for four and beautiful views of the surrounding mountain vistas. The separate formal dining area offers seating for eight.

Master bedroom—King-size bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace and, private access to the backyard; the ensuite bathroom offers two sinks, a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
