Positive: The apartment was clean and some refreshments were available. The host was very helpful, answered our questions, provided assistance with ordering food and scheduling transportation to the airport since we didn’t speak Italian and didn’t know who best to contact.
Negative: We didn’t receive information in advance of the process for checking in and were not able to gain access to the apartment at the advertised time In addition, we were not aware that a leg of the couch was broken until we sat on it and it almost collapsed.Overall
Summary: We were pleased with our stay and with the host’s support.
