Very nice house near the lake and 2 steps from the bike path. An enclosed, peaceful, shaded and spacious garden. A beautiful swimming pool in the shape of a swimming lane, bordered by a terrace welcoming your barbecues and sunbathing. This green setting is a real treat for both the eyes and the spirit while remaining close to all amenities.
In the garden, you can easily enjoy swimming and playing in our heated salt-treated pool, as well as a well-deserved idleness on the deckchairs after a bike ride to Annecy or a walk on the Chemin des Roseliers at edge of the lake.
