Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Giovanni was waiting for us and explained everything we needed to know. WIFI, TV, KEYS... Very spacious place ,very narrow kitchen, but there were a lot of pots and pans to cook with. We found salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee pods , tea and more so we did not have to buy the essential ( as it happenned to us so many time) The terrace is the reason I booked that place and it was outstanding! Great location, close to the old city ( 20 mn walk)

Negative: The bathroom sink was plugged, the shower was leaking and the toilet seat not correctly attached . We contacted him the following day of our arrival but he never show willingness to fix it. 8 days after everything was the same and we used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. I would expect more attention for a beautiful place like that. Giovanni was too busy to come... The bed was too hard for our taste but after 4 different booking in Italy, I assume they don't know what is a comfy, soft bed... The elevator next to the appartement was a bit noisy
