The yard is private for filming collaborations and parties. It is in downtown fort lauderdale, close to the beach, wilton, manors and las olas boulevard, i live on the main property, but the studio has its own entrance on the side and complete privacy with a bathroom, a refrigerator a microwave and a bunk bed that sleeps 4, look at the pictures.
