Condado, the beach, great nightlife, groceries, theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, stores and more are at walking distance. Bus stop is one block.
Series like "Elena Santos" and the movie "Fragmentos de Amor" has been filmed in the my apartments.

The apartment was renovated and has everything new: stove, 5 mini split/AC, 5 beds, 1 futon, 1 sofa, stove, microwave, refrigerator, new and modern washer and dryer, cable TV and Netflix and many more things.
