Positive: Good location, approachable to every grocery and just 15min walk to downtown Sivota. Also nearest beach (Zavia) was less than 10 min walk. The facility was relatively new, very well maintained and clean. Great breakfast with everyday different pastry options. Upon arrival we were offered to upgrade our room with a triple one which had double bed instead of the previous option (twin) with no extra cost. The room was quite spacious, a balcony with a great sea view. Most of room items were new with exception the bed, although the mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and ready to assist on different matters. I found very helpful the reception lady on an occassion were I required a tire service. She contacted the nearest tire service and I was able to fix it. Lastly it is a good for money hotel.

Negative: Nothing in particular. Perhaps some small playground items for children, due a family environment facility and also the garden surrounding the property is spacious to fit it.

Summary: Overrall we stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. We truly would recommend it to our friends and also other guests
