Positive: I stayed at Chic Hotel Santorini for just one night, but it truly exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylish, and offering absolutely breathtaking views. A special mention goes to Jona at reception, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. To top it all off, I was surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with my very own heated jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as it was the end of the season and they really didn’t have to do that. That small act of kindness made my short stay even more special. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I can’t recommend Chic Hotel Santorini highly enough, perfect service, beautiful rooms, and amazing staff. I’ll definitely be back!
