Located less than 2 miles from Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital and 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland, this charming home is perfect for traveling medical professionals who enjoy having their own space or a family trip. Close enough to all attractions the city has to offer while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. 4 Bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms. 1 Garage Spot (plus driveway/street parking). Backyard patio with grill and fire pit. Ping pong table and Peloton Bike. TV/WIFI.
The space
All bedrooms are located upstairs with the master bedroom (featuring a queen sized bed) as the first room on your left. Next is a smaller "kids room" with 1 twin bed, down the hall you'll find a large bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 additional bedroom that is unfurnished but can include a blow up mattress by request!
Please note: The bathrooms are located on the basement and second floor.
I apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently experiencing an outage in the hall light that goes to the second floor and working to get an electrician to replace that fixture. In the meantime the lights in the living room and upstairs provide plenty of light to walk up the stairs by.

This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the community by observing the traditional "quiet hours" starting at 9pm.
-No parties. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or events are allowed in the home or on the property, our neighbors monitor the comings and goings and will notify me of such events and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. Evidence of a party will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee on top of the standard cleaning fee.
-NO SMOKING of anything. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee. Please be respectful of the home and the next booking.
-No additional guests. The full guest count must be included in the total on the reservation and no additional guests may stay without permission of the host.
-Property Damage. We understand accidents happen. Please let us know right away, replacement fees/reimbursement may occur if needed.
-As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned blood or vomit will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
