In a very beautiful and spacious divided detached house, 2 rooms on the ground floor. Its careful decoration and its access to an enclosed garden make it 2 major assets and its proximity on foot to the city center gives it even more interest. Entrance, living room with access to furnished terrace and enclosed garden, fitted independent kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, small oven, fridge), bathroom with washing machine, large bedroom with cupboard with 160 cm bed , a desk with an extra 2x90 bunk bed.
*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
