Positive: Nothing special, fine for a short stay.

Negative: The host never explained how to find the property, even though I asked in advance — my message was ignored, and I eventually had to ask a police officer on the street to help me locate the place. Before checkout, I arranged a late departure for 75,000 VND, which the host confirmed the night before. However, during checkout he suddenly changed his mind and said I needed to pay the full daily rate instead. The room itself had only one towel for the entire stay, and it was never replaced. The bathroom inside the room by the window — the feature everyone books this place for — doesn’t even have a drain stopper, making it pretty useless.
