We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Matignon, this charming small house, far from the street of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room as well as a terrace to enjoy meals outside. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV TNT and sofa bed (double)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... and dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- An attic room with a double bed (140×190) and a sofa bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Matignon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Sporting activities: golf, water sports, fishing, sea walks, horse riding, accrobranche, GR34 hikes, horse riding.
- Visit of the Emerald Coast, the castle of Fort La Latte.
- Seaside resorts of the Emerald Coast : Saint Malo, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer.
- The seaside resorts of the Côtes d'Armor : Le Val-André, Trégastel-Plage, Perros Guirec, Erquy...
- The great aquarium of Saint Malo.
Events : rum route in Saint-Malo, shell festival in May in Erquy, festival of the ramparts in Dinan...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the west side of the house which can accommodate 1 vehicle, there is also a shelter for bicycles.
