Summary: The property itself was amazing and there are many updated units on the property which was built in the 70’s. Our unit which was larger so we could sleep 5 was very spacious and appears to be in a slow remodeling phase as we found a lot of lumber and pipes hidden in many dusty corners. Not the cleanest room upon arrival but definitely not worth me contacting anyone, which I never did. Everything was contactless and hassle free which we loved. The stairs were the real only complaint because they were not properly replaced and every step was extremely loud causing a lot of wake ups with two teenage boys in the house. The property was very nice and surrounded by the pacific with many enjoyable places to take in her power and beauty. Definitely could have been cleaner and possibly a little less being worked on but definitely fit our budget with the larger family.
