Summary: When I made the reservation there were lovely photos of the pool and the beach. Everything is under construction. No pool and no access to the beach. When I contacted the contact it was pretty much who cares. The pool was not listed in the amenities yet is the prominent photo showcasing the property. It clearly states walk to beach. We couldn't enjoy our television because the unit next to us had theirs blasting. The bed is obviously so used that when you go to sit it literally sinks several inches. I travel quite a bit and I have never left a bad review. My needs were minimal, just a place to stay while work was being done at our home. Even the Keurig didn't work!!! I think if my concerns would have been addressed in a professional manner I would have let it go. There should be compensation due to the misrepresentation of the property. I would never recommend this property. As stated in the previous sentence I should be compensated for no pool and no beach access which were clearly depicted in the photos. Expedia should be ashamed.
