Positive: The staff was fantastic and always serving with a smile. The owners were available to guide us and make sure our arrangements are made for travel. It's a off beat location and a superb place to be away from the hustle of the main city. The view was awesome and good see all of Gangtok from our bedroom . We urgently required access to a computer which was given to to us immediately. We thank you
