Summary: An incredible stay with truly unparalleled service! Our stay at Casa Tenue was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing design and the truly immaculate condition of the entire property. On top of the beautiful aesthetics, the location is great. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. During our stay, I experienced an unexpected health issue, and the team went way above and beyond to support me. I want to give a special shoutout to Jorge, who handled the situation with so much genuine care and compassion. They seamlessly rescheduled my massage without me having to stress over it and anticipated our every need so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I cannot recommend Casa Tenue highly enough. They don't just provide a gorgeous place to stay; they truly care about the well-being of their guests. We will absolutely be returning!
