Positive: We took the bus from Verona Airport to Malcesine — the longest part of our journey. However, Irena was wonderful! She met us at the bus stop, waited while we did some food shopping, and then drove us to the apartment. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. The location was excellent — only about a 10-minute walk to the lakefront, the cable cars, and the centre of Malcesine. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Negative: The buses were often late, so hiring a car would definitely make things easier.
