Positive: The home was beautiful, affordable, spacious and had everything we could need for a family of four: washing machine, air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, a dining table, a couch, a comfortable bathroom, a beautiful outdoor patio and dining table, an outdoor shower, which came in really handy when we were at the beach every day. The location is also incredibly convenient right in the hart of the village of Pomonte where we could walk to all the restaurants, the local beaches, the pharmacy, grocery store, butcher shop, bakery. Last but certainly not least, Mirna was an incredibly sweet, kind and gracious host, who would stop by to check in on us. We hope to go back again.

Negative: There were just some slight minor hiccups, part and parcel of being in Italy (e.g., (1) when we ran the A/C the same time as the washing machine in the evening with the lights on in the house, the power went out, but thankfully, Mirna arrived quickly to fix it; (2) we waited a little while to get the keys when we arrived, but Mirna apologized profusely for the delay so it was fine in the end). Finally, it was a bit annoying that there was an extra fee of 80 euro for linens/towels and another fee of 60 euro for cleaning - it would've been better if those were disclosed upfront, or better yet, included, but not a big deal 0 still a great value.

Summary: Beautiful home in the heart of a beautiful village on the sea with a wonderful host at a great value
